These listings often show examination materials going further back than there are syllabi for the same course; practically speaking, students are interested in studying and practicing with old exams – old syllabi are not so important.  Old syllabi may be of interest to see how a course has changed and/or to aid in understanding why exams differ from year to year.  Also included here is an informal essay with advice on how to approach my take home my exams and some resources for students on good writing.

The materials are posted here for the use of students at Loyola, Cardozo, and other law schools.  Professors or other business professionals wanting to make use of the examination materials here must request permission to do so,  Believe it or not, an adjunct at a west coast school once plagiarized one of these exams in its entirety and tried to pass it off as his own (he was discovered by his own students who were already using the exams for practice).
